IP Violations Database

This is a closed user database, based in the Far East but with international coverage and data recovery. We are the only UK company to have access to this form of database research.

Available to all those engaged in IP work, counterfeit goods, trademark infringements, etc.

It consists of the following approach:

First Phase Research

It includes the following proprietory databases:

  1. The Chinese Customs IP Violators database.
  2. The Serious and Organised Crime database.
  3. The Corporate Fraud and Financial Regulatory Risk database.
  4. The Corruption and Bribery database.

Second Phase Research

In addition, research can be expanded to a Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) database search which will help to identify whether the persons and entities have any political exposure. This is particularly relevant for Third World searches.

Third Phase Research

Where any match (positive or false positive) is obtained through searching the above databases, we would strongly recommend obtaining one of the following reports:

  1. International Enhanced Due Diligence report (three variations depending on level of risk).
  2. Reputational Due Diligence report.
  3. Supplier/Vendor Vetting report.
