Litigation Support, Asset Tracing and Recovery

This service is generally used by UK and international law firms to provide a level of support to the work they undertake. It does, of course, lend itself to assisting forensic accountants, insolvency agents, etc. The service we offer comes under two general headings:

Investigative Research

In respect of the former, we have an extensive array of on-line facilities, plus access to bespoke services that can assist with support work or asset tracing. We are familiar with working within the legal framework and, where applicable, know how to achieve maximum advantage through the likes of Section 29(3) Data Protection Act to secure confidential information. We have a number of specialist reports that we can provide, for example, our Fit to Sue Reports will provide you with an understanding of whether the individual you are interested in does actually have any assets and is worth pursuing through the courts.

Field Investigation

Our field investigators are generally former Fraud Squad Detectives who have the ability to secure the evidence you require in your day-to-day work. They are located around the UK.

We can arrange a ‘look-see’ visit to most large towns and cities in the UK.

Both the above can also be supported by our surveillance teams.

We also have an extensive international capability with investigators in-country.
