Surveillance Operations

Surveillance work is often perceived as one man and his camera providing high level footage of the subject (check any T.V. cop show), clearly displaying signs or activities consistent with the case objective. It is viewed as cheap and effective. The reality is usually the opposite. The above scenario requires a level of luck, not often available, and can therefore be more expensive by having to extend the surveillance time frame.

We have taken a different, more professional approach and aim to provide you with not only a quality service, but one that is cost effective. By working with you, creating a focussed operational strategy, we believe we can offer you a far greater success rate.

Clients are often surprised at how much intelligence they hold within their files when asked specific questions. On receipt of the Surveillance Request Form we develop our own case intelligence, followed by an address confirmation process to confirm the subject still resides where expected. We are amazed at the number of surveillance teams that sit outside an address that the subject has left.

If necessary, we will conduct site visits to ensure the team consists of the right number of operatives for the case, and that they are appropriately positioned. This is often applicable at country locations or in sensitive city areas.

Once the teams are specifically tasked, a Team Leader will monitor the case to its conclusion.

In general, it is our intention to complete the work within ten working days from receipt of your instruction.
